In the qualitative research phase, we learned that buyers in the AI cybersecurity market want to see the product and how it works. No fluff, gratuitous stock photography or over-promising language. The market is about sincerity and science. So, moving from an (albeit relatively nice looking) brand face of tech-themed generated images to an authentic, product-centric face, was very important.

We started our redesign with the home page to make a splash at this year’s RSAC Conference, and the next steps will be to matriculate the new branding through the rest of the site and Mindgard’s other channels.
